New Apple Store, Covent Garden
deWintons was chosen to cater for the opening party of the amazing new Apple Store in Covent Garden – the largest Apple Store in the world. The store looks incredible – all brushed steel, glass stairs and oak tables.
We served up some great looking and great tasting canapes including Seared Beef Sirloin, Sugar Snap, Radish and Sesame Salad and Butternut Squash, Pine Nut and Dolcelatte Tart to over 100 key property movers and shakers.

Well things may still be pretty unclear on the election front, but we’re certain that we would have got the vote for Best Caterer on election night. deWintons was right in the thick of it as caterer for ITV’s Election Night Party at County Hall, Westminster – which looked amazing lit up in red, white and blue (see photo).
We had a long stint (8.30pm through to 7am) serving up a range of canapes (including Poached King Prawn Skewers with Avocado and Lime Dressing and Spicy Vegetable Samosas with Coriander and Mint Yogurt) and bowl food (including Beef ‘Short Rib’ Cottage Pie, Spinach, Red Wine Sauce and Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini) and rounding off with Bacon Butties and…a nice touch, red and blue coloured jellies!
Major guests included Michael Grade, Piers Morgan, Alastair Campbell Ian Hislop, and Edwina Currie. An amazing result  - at least for deWintons….

We helped launch an amazing new ethical lifestyle magazine, Recognise, Â on Tuesday night at the Swarkovski Crystallized Lounge in Mayfair. Â The magazine covers fashion, travel and beauty but only features those brands that are ethically sound.
We partnered with Sainsbury’s to serve their brilliant ‘So Organic’ range to a list of celebrities that included Nancy dell’Olio, fashion designer Karen Millen and Emma Noble.
Our rather delicious canapes included ‘So Organic’ Smoked Chicken, Mango and Mint Salad, Toasted Flat Bread; ‘So Organic’ Seared Beef Sirloin, Parmesan and Truffle Oil Polenta, Rocket Pesto, Tomato Confit; ‘So Organic’ Smoked Salmon Blinis with Lemon Aoili Dill and Organic Char-grilled Asparagus Crostini, Parmesan and Truffle Cream.

Trish McEvoy Make Up Master Class
We had a very glamorous time at Selfridges, Oxford Street today when beauty legend Trish McEvoy made a rare appearance at the store. She was in town to give ‘Power of Make Up’ Master Classes and we were there to serve the many Selfridges customers who queued up to meet the lady herself and take part in her classes. We served chilled prosecco with Open Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagels with Black Pepper and Dill and Chargrilled Asparagus Crostini, Parmesan and Truffle Cream. Delicious and the make up is fabulous as well!
