Team deWintons off to Dubai on Monday to feed the 1000’s.

A big team are off to caterer at the Dubai Word Cup, always lots of excitement getting all the kit together, checking visa’s and not forgetting to back the sun cream, lucky them they actually get to see some sun, where’s our Spring?

The chefs always come back with a trolley load of recipes to try,  however not all the Arabic food is quite right for the British market but the team is always on the look out for fresh, thrilling and novel food ideas.

The team that stays behind are currently in full flow putting together some delicious canapes for Designers Guild event this Wednesday, no raw garlic or no raw onion is the request.

I’m looking forward to Easter, rosemary scented Lamb is on the menu.
