Sensational food at the Kracker Event yesterday!

Team deWintons served up a dream meal for Kracker Events yesterday, they served  120 very appreciative guests who were blown away with our Escoffier style 4 course meal.

Once Peter Mandelson had finished talking guests were served Quail consommé, followed by Smoked salmon parcels, followed by Fillet of beef topped with Foie Gras and lastly but definitely not least the guests were wowed with Escoffier’s 1892 creation ” The  Classic Peach Melba”.

I ‘m really so pleased the guests enjoyed the pudding as it took our pastry chef 7 hours to spin 120 sugar nests!
