Our chefs are playing around with presentation ideas today.   What do you think of this beautiful spoon of 5-spiced duck with soy and honey?

Or how about char-grilled cauliflower for one of our salads for tomorrow night’s client dinner.  It’s not the first vegetable that springs to mind to put on the griddle or BBQ for that matter but it seems to really work, especially when mixed with beetroot and hazelnuts.
