deWintons ‘Rare’ Themed Seated Dinner

deWintons catered at another seated dinner last week in Central London. This time our client’s theme was ‘Rare’ and they wanted us to create a menu which reflected this. Our creative chefs came up with another spectacular mouth watering menu which included Exmoor Caviar from Devon, Potato & Chive Pancakes and a ‘Tree of Hanging’ Baby Poached Apples filled with Bramley Apple Purée
