Fillet of beef anyone?

We pushed out the boat this  New Year’s Eve and went  for a whole fillet of beef, wow it was delicious.  It really makes a difference if you’re brave enough to leave it to stand for 12minutes after it’s been cooked, it just melted in the mouth, along with my brandyand grain mustard jus, yum, yum.

Delicious fillet of beef with a side of fries!
